Do I need to sort my clothes?
There is no need to separate your colors and whites; we will do that for you. You should
however be sure that your socks are not balled up, and there arent clothes inside of clotheslike two shirts you took off together
or shorts and sweatpants that came off
together. These things will prevent your clothes from getting their cleanest.
What about dryclean only?
We are a full service dry cleaner and can accommodate all your cleaning needs. Just put any
item you want dry cleaned in a separate bag with a note to dryclean. All dry cleaning is charged separately at retail price.
Will my stuff shrink?
If you are worried about something shrinking and dont want an article to be airdried, no
problem. Just put a note with a description of the article and request that it be airdried. These items may come back damp
(and wrapped separately) with your regular delivery, but
it will definitely avoid any possible shrinkage. If you dont like the idea of getting some
clothes back wet, request having your clothes low heat dried.

Terms and Conditions
Suntex is pleased to provide professional pick up and delivery laundry services to our customers and offers quality and convenience
at an affordable price. We offer you, our customers, our
services subject to your compliance with and acceptance of terms and conditions stated and set forth below. Your use of the
Suntex Laundry Program indicates your agreement to be bound by
the terms and conditions contained herein. Please read the following provisions carefully and if you do not so agree, you
should inform us and cease using the service immediately. This
agreement is strictly between Suntex and its customers and does not in any way constitute or imply any relationship with any
other parties.
Please Read This Agreement. This is an agreement between SEOLTD. A Pennsylvania based corporation DBA Suntex and you (Member),
an individual, for pick up and delivery wash and fold
laundry services. You are purchasing a prepaid washandfold contract for the length of time you selected. Suntex reserves the
right to deny service to any customer at the discretion of the
company. The following Terms of Service apply to your membership and your contract
Liability
Disclaimer: Suntex will provide each customer with a laundry bag. Suntex reserves the right to not pick up items that are
not in these bags. The customer is responsible
for any and all damage caused by any items left in the customers clothing or
laundry bag that causes damage to the clothing of any customer, the cleaning machines, or any other property of Suntex or
its other parties or customers. Suntex
is not responsible for and shall not pay for any loss, damage, or theft of items left
unattended by the customer for pick up or delivery. You agree that Suntex may refuse to launder an item and send it back unwashed
with an explanatory note, if we
think it will become damaged or damage other items, Missing or damaged items must be reported to Suntex within three (3) days
of picking up your laundry bag. If a
customer is able to provide proof of purchase and purchase amount of the lost or
damaged item and the maximum total reimbursement per customer is $100. Suntex is not liable for any preexisting damage to
garments and reserves the right to return
any item without cleaning if any preexisting damage s found or if we have a concern about the colorfastness or the age or
weakness of the fabric.
Payment
Customer agrees to pay the total amount according to card issuer agreement. All laundry turned in to Suntex by an authorized
user of that account will be cleaned
and any extra pound charges and dry cleaning charges will be added directly to this account. The customer must pay the agreed
upon charges prior to service. Service
will not begin until Suntex has received full payment for selected for selected laundry plan. Services that have been paid
for but go unused do not carry over from
week to week, or from semester term to semester term. In the event that a
customers Suntex laundry bag weighs more than the purchased plan, a fee of $1.25 will be charged for each additional pound.
Scale readings are rounded up to the next
whole pound for processing purposes. Suntex reserves the right to charge payment
for excess laundry. All sales are final and all payments are nonrefundable. A
customer who has signed up for a prepaid package plan will have the right to cancel
his/her contract within seven (7) days of signing up for the Suntex Laundry Service and receive a full refund. After such
seven (7) day period, Suntex shall have no
obligation to refund any amounts paid by the customer after that time period.
